Learn how to use the Field Team App.

Get the App: Open the camera on your phone or tablet device, scan the QR code and tap the link to go to the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 

 

 

Login

To login:

  • Enter your Username 
  • Enter your Password

Click on Login.

You will not need to enter your username or password again, the app will remember you each time you open it.

You can also choose to save your credentials for easy login.

 

 

 

Home Page


On the Home Page, you will have direct access to:

  • Job Offers: List of any offers currently open for you.
  • Scheduler: See a calendar version of your jobs.
  • Repairs: List of open, scheduled and in progress jobs scheduled within your company.
  • Clocked Times: List of all the times you clocked in.
  • Profiles: See the company you are linked to and the Team Members within it.
  • Important Tasks: List of your tasks.
  • Parts: List of your parts, with price and quantities. 
  • Settings: Manage your preferences.

 

Main Menu

Tapping on the top left icon will open the menu, where you can navigate through the app:

  • Home

  • Important Tasks
  • Parts
  • Settings
  • Help
  • Sign out

 

Job Offers


New Job Offers are presented here. They may be accepted or declined.

On this page, features include:

  • Go to Job List: To view your list of accepted jobs.
  • New Offers: New job offers that have been sent to you; you can accept or decline.
  • Recent Offers Today: Your history of offers is displayed here.

 

Scheduler

See your schedule of the day, week, and month. 

You can also easily travel between days as well as go back in the past to see the jobs you completed. 

Optionally, you can apply filters to the scheduler to view:

  • Your jobs only
  • Your team members' jobs only.
  • Every jobs in your company (only if you have a manager role).

 

Pending Repairs

On this page you will have access to a list of your (company's) open, scheduled and in progress jobs. 

Jobs are grouped by location; each location indicates how many jobs there are to attend.

 

You can sort this list by applying some of these filters:

  • Status: Open, Scheduled, and/or In Progress jobs
  • Assignee: Your jobs only, your team member jobs, or everything (manager role only). 
  • Job type
  • Due Date

 

You can also search for a job by clicking on the 🔎 icon on the top right corner. 

 

The green bar at the top shows that you have a job in progress. Clicking on it will bring you to the job page.

 

 


Clicking on a location will open a dropdown displaying the job details:

  • Job Number
  • Job Status
  • ETA
  • Problem
  • Asset Serial 
  • Model Name and Number
  • Agent assigned


Clicking on the job will open the job details.

Top menu bar allows you to navigate through:

  • Details of the job
  • Attendances 
  • Quote for the job
  • Asset Details including model description, warranty records and attached documents.
  • Audit
  • Asset History - list of all previous repairs completed on the asset.
  • Bottom menu bar allows you to:

Bottom menu bar allows you to:

  • Add notes on the attendance
  • Assign the job to another agent (at any point except when it is In Progress)
  • Start the job
  • Quote

Click to learn how to start a job, close a job, or quote a job.

 
 

 

Completed Repairs


This page shows you all the repairs that you have completed successfully in the past.

The repairs are grouped by location, and each location indicates the number of repairs that have been closed.

You can also use the search bar to search for:

  • Location
  • Job Number
  • Asset Number

 

Clocked Times


Find all your previous clocked times on this page.

To add a new clock on time:

  • Select Tenant if you are linked to multiple - otherwise it will be pre-filled.
  • Service Provider will be automatically filled.
  • Click on Clock On


A new page will open for you to complete:

  • Clock On Date and Time
  • Description
  • Toggle if billable
  • Toggle if you want to auto clock off

Click on Save.

 

Profiles


In the Profiles section, you will be able to see which companies your account is linked to.

When clicking on the company, you will be able to see its details:

  • Team members
  • Accreditations
  • Insurances
  • Van Stock: On hand and pending.

 

Settings


Features on this page include:

  • Send Diagnostics: This will provide a snapshot of your app data and assist with resolving technical issues.
  • Check for Updates
  • Update Core Data: To refresh your linked technicians, parts lists and other app data.
  • Message Queue: Tap to see your activity.
  • Language: Tap to check the available app languages.
  • Theme: Tap to change the colours of the app.
  • Preferences: Tap to see your app preferences.
  • Authentication: Tap to enable two factor authentication.

 

Help


Go to this page to get the contact details of your company.

 

Sign Out


Click on Sign Out in the main menu to log out. 

A popup will appear on your screen to confirm the action.
