Add a new person to your company profile: Import Team Members

Learn how to add Service Agents to your team in mendrhub. 

Page Navigation Home > Profile > Team 

Please Note: Only a Service Agent Manager will be able to modify their team or import agents from another tenancy.

 

 

Add a new person to your company profile:

  1. Click on Team in the menu bar and click on Add New Service Agent


     
  2. Enter the required contact information and save. The new contact will receive an email containing information such as their username, their temporary password, and how to access mendrhub.


     

Roles:

  • Manager: Can manage, view, review, assign and receive jobs, as well as offers and will have access to the mendrhub Tech Web Portal if that option is enabled on the profile.
  • Employee: Can only view and complete the jobs assigned to them in the Tech App.

⚠️ You can have as many Managers and Employees as you wish, but there must be at least one Manager.

 

 

Import Team Members

If you are already using mendrhub within another Tenancy, you can import all of your Team Members profiles so their accounts are linked.

This saves you from having to recreate new team members and it ensures all team members only require a single account to see jobs from all linked tenancies.

 

 

  1. Click on Import Service Agents


     
  2. A popup will appear to select the tenancy to import from. 



     
  3. By selecting the Tenancy, you will be able to see the Service Agents that will be imported.


     
  4. Click on Import Service Agents - they will then be imported in your tenancy.
