If you have completed the requested work on a current job but additional work is needed for the same asset or another asset on-site, you can choose to Quote New Job. This option lets you finalise and close the current job, submit an invoice for it, and notify your client that further work is recommended.

Page Navigation Home > Servicing > Repairs > Select Job Number

Quote a New Job will only be available once you have closed the current job. Selecting Quote New Job will create a new job and allow you to submit a quote for additional work.

1.

After completing a job and closing it, select Quote New Job on the left-side Info Bar.

2.

A pop up will appear on your screen to confirm the work is required on the same asset, or you can select a different asset for the same location.

  • Same asset: leave blank.
  • New asset at same site: select from the dropdown list.

Click on Quote New Job.

3.

Your new job is now created.

Click on the ‘Quotes’ tab to insert a cost quote for the recommended work required.

4. Once the quote has been submitted, your Client will receive a notification. Do not proceed with work unless your quote is approved.
