Find out how to view and conduct a stock take of you van stock as a service provider. 

On the Van Stock page, you will be able to see the list of all van stock parts you currently have in your possession along with the quantity in stock, on order or reserved for jobs.

When physically reviewing your van stock on hand, click on:

• Confirm Correct Stock if all stock levels are correct  
• Report Difference if you van stock levels are not correct

If you need to report a difference, you will need to fill out your count of available parts, the reason for the discrepancy and an additional message for any other information that needs to be provided. Once the discrepancies are reported, click on Submit Stock Difference to save the stocktake and update your stock levels.
