Before completing an attendance, ensure the job is in the correct status. What do I do if there is no STOP button?

Attendance completion is required after work has been performed on a piece of equipment.

Page Navigation Home >Servicing> Repairs > or search using the search bar

 

Before completing an attendance, ensure the job is in the correct status.

It must be:

1 - SCHEDULED

2 - To the ROBOT COUPE SERVICE TEAM

3 - No PENDING QUOTES 

4 - No PENDING ACTIONS
 

If the above Criteria is not met, DO NOT CONTINUE WORK. Speak to the Service Team.

Scroll down to the ‘Attendances’ section and select STOP work:
 

A pop up will appear:

Select NOW

NEXT STEPS:

  • Decide later (if more work is required)
  • Completed Successfully (if work is completed)

Select Edit on the attendance:

Then enter in the attendance details and SAVE

If there are parts required, nothing more to do in mendrhub (order your parts through the Robot Coupe website and this will notify the Service Team that the job requires actioning.

Service Team will quote customer if required and order parts accordingly once quote is accepted.

If nothing more is required to be done (repairs are complete):

Add an action:

A pop up will appear:

 

 

What do I do if there is no STOP button?

Go to the bottom of the attendances and ‘Schedule a new attendance”
