Fill in the details:

• Service Action - What the quote is for
• Callout - if applicable
• Travel Time/Distance if applicable
• Labour Time and Rate
• Any required parts
• Description of work that needs to be done
• What the cost quote includes
• What the cost quote excludes
• Date and Time the job will be completed by
• Any attachment if necessary

When you have entered everything, click on Submit for Review.

You can now see all the details that you have filled, but you can't edit the quote anymore.

You can also see the status has changed from “draft” to “pending approval”.
