1. App Preferences
Caption on Upload
Choose whether you want to add captions when uploading photos and videos on a job.
This feature can be managed under Settings > Preferences > Ask for Caption on Upload.

Auto-Save Photos and Videos
When taking photos and videos through the FTA, choose whether you want to automatically save them into your phone's gallery.
This feature can be managed under Settings > Preferences > Auto-Save Photos and Videos.

Map Provider
When using iPhone, choose whether you want to use Google Maps or Apple Maps for getting directions on a job.
This feature can be managed under Settings > Preferences > Map Provider.

Why is my version of the app not up to date?
The app prompts users to update when they open it. To avoid showing the same message too frequently, the app tracks when the update prompt was last displayed. If the prompt was shown more than 6 hours ago, it will be displayed again the next time the app is opened.
If a user has not updated to the latest version, it is likely because they chose not to install the update when prompted. Another possibility is that they have not opened the app since the update became available, although this is generally less common.
