Learn how to login with single-sign-on (SSO) in Field Team App
⚠️ Note: Service Agents must all be on version 5.0.36 or above in order to activate SSO.
1. Enter Username
Open the Field Team App and enter your email address in the Username field. It must be the same email configured in Azure AD via Mendrhub portal.
Click “Continue”.
2. Authenticate via Microsoft
You will be redirected to the Microsoft Login Page.
- Select your email account.
- Click ‘Continue’.
You will be successfully logged in using Single Sign-On (SSO).
💡 Key Notes
- Ensure your account is already linked to Azure AD before login
- Use the exact email address registered in the system

- Your app version is 5.0.36+
- Your SSO setup is completed correctly
