Learn how to import your team members from one mendrhub tenancy to another.

If your business is already linked to a mendrhub tenancy, and has recently been linked to a new one, you can import team members to ensure the same username and password are used across all linked tenancies.

Note: Only a Repairer Manager has the ability to import team members from one mendrhub tenancy to another.

 

Prerequisite: The same Repairer Manager must be linked to both tenancies with the same login details to import team members. 

 

 

1. On the ‘Team’ tab in your profile, click Import Team Members.
2.

A popup will appear on your screen to select the tenancy you want to import the team members from.

The team members that will be imported are then displayed. 

Click on Import Team Members.

3. Your Team Members now have access to the tenancy.
