FTA - (Re)Schedule a Job
Learn how you can reschedule a job in the Field Team App.
Only a Tech Manager will be able to (re)schedule a job.
| 1. | In the Repairs List, select the job card of the job you want to reschedule. | ![]() |
| 2. | On the job page, tap Schedule from the bottom menu. | ![]() |

A new window will appear to provide a date and time for the attendance. Click on Schedule On. |

| 4. | A calendar popup will appear on your screen - select the date and time of attendance. | ![]() |

You’ll now see the next scheduled date and time for the job, along with the assigned agent. If everything looks correct, click Schedule to confirm the reschedule. |
