(Re)Scheduling a Job in the Web Portal (Service Provider View)

On the Home Page, select Servicing in the top menu, then Repairs. A list of all your open jobs will appear - click the job number you want to (re)schedule. |

A new tab will open on your browser, displaying the job details page. Scroll down until you see the Attendances section and click on Schedule on the right of the attendance card. |

A slide-out will appear on the right side of your screen, allowing you to adjust the date and time of the attendance.
Once edited, click Save. |

| 4. | The Schedule of your Attendance is now updated. | ![]() |
Adjusting the Schedule of an attendance will automatically send an email notification to both the Job Facilitator and the Job Client.
