Learn how you can reschedule a job in the Field Team App.

Only a Tech Manager will be able to (re)schedule a job. 

 

 

1. In the Repairs List, select the job card of the job you want to reschedule.
2. On the job page, tap Schedule from the bottom menu.
3.

A new window will appear to provide a date and time for the attendance. 

Click on Schedule On. 

4. A calendar popup will appear on your screen - select the date and time of attendance.
5.

You’ll now see the next scheduled date and time for the job, along with the assigned agent. 

If everything looks correct, click Schedule to confirm the reschedule.
