📆 Scheduler
New feature in our Field Team App to view your schedule by day, week or month. Filters let you narrow down the schedule to your own jobs, or specific technician’s jobs (Note: This filter is only available for Managers).

⚙️ Parts List
The Parts section in the FTA can now be filtered by Van Stock Parts, Pending Parts or All Parts.

🔄 Transfer Parts
In-House Agents can transfer parts from a warehouse to their own Van Stock. This enables Service Agents to independently collect parts without requiring a stock transfer in the admin portal.
By default, the stock is added to their Van Stock, but they also have the option to allocate it directly to the job.

⚙️ Request Parts on Job
Specify what parts are required for a job on the Attendance Completion Form, using either the barcode scanner or the part code lookup.
If required parts are specified, the system will automatically select the Attendance Finish Status as ‘System Name to Supply Parts’.

🔎 Parts Barcode Scanning
Add a Part or Request a Part on the Attendance Completion Form using a QR Code scanner to scan the part, automatically populating the relevant fields.
To use the Parts Barcode Scanner, the barcode number must be added and linked to the relevant part in your mendrhub system.
📊 Warehouse Control Centre

Goods Receipt Note: Complete a Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to confirm that items have been received in your warehouse and are going into your stock.

Put Instructions: When new stock is received, generate Put Instructions to indicate where the incoming inventory should be stored in the warehouse.
- Pick Instructions: Generate Pick Instructions for any inventory that has been reserved/allocated. This guides users on what to pick, where from, and in what quantity.
🧾 In-House Quoting & Invoicing
Create and manage Sale Quotes directly within the FTA, and easily push your quotes through to Billing to generate and process Sale Invoices.
Note: This feature is available to In-House Service Providers only, and must be enabled by a staff member in your mendrhub profile.

📝 Attendance Draft
Save the Attendance Completion Form as a draft. If you close the app, you’ll be able to return to it later and continue filling it out from where you left off.
🗂️ Job Cards
Both the Job Status and the Attendance status are displayed on the job card if they are different.
For example: the screenshot below shows your attendance is Scheduled (1), but the job is currently In Progress (2). This happens when there are multiple attendances on the same job, and another service agent is on site and has started their attendance.

🎥 Video Uploads
Record or Upload a video of up to 30 sec on a job, providing clear explanations and visuals. 
👨🏼🔧 Create a new Team Member
When a new person joins your team, you can add them and create their account directly.
Go to the Profiles page, click Add, and complete the required information.
This feature is only accessible to Repairer Managers.

🔧 Preferences
1. Caption on Upload
Choose whether you want to add captions when uploading photos and videos on a job.
This feature can be managed under Settings > Preferences > Ask for Caption on Upload.
2. Auto-Save Photos and Videos
When taking photos and videos through the FTA, choose whether you want to automatically save them into your phone's gallery.
This feature can be managed under Settings > Preferences > Auto-Save Photos and Videos.
3. Map Provider
When using an iPhone, choose whether to use Google Maps or Apple Maps to get directions to a job.
This feature can be managed under Settings > Preferences > Map Provider.
